Senior Product Owner

As a Senior Product Owner, you'll lead innovation and shape products that solve real-world problems. You'll define priorities, scope complex challenges, and enable engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. This role suits someone curious, technically strong, and comfortable exploring new ideas in a fast-moving environment.

You'll:

• Own product definition and priorities for 2 backlogs covering Networking, Edge Computing, AWS Cloud, and Security

• Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with the product team and engineering leads to align priorities and deliver integrated solutions.

• Translate Business Needs into Technical Outcomes Define user stories and acceptance criteria for features like dynamic routing and secure OTA updates.

• Shape Architecture and Roadmap Influence decisions on APIs, data flows, and resilience strategies for global deployments.

• Champion Scalability and Security Ensure solutions meet enterprise-grade security standards and scale for thousands of connected assets., You'll join a dynamic team delivering products across transportation, mining, and motorsport. Our flagship solution, Fleet Connect, provides secure, scalable connectivity and analytics for vehicle fleets-from passenger Wi-Fi to critical operational communications - to some of the largest public transportation providers across the world. The teams are multi-disciplinary, ranging from embedded and cloud software developers to SREs, Data Scientists, Quality and Support Engineers. Part of the Product and Engineering management team, you will report to the Associate Director.

Do you have experience in Software development?, You're passionate about technology and innovation, with the ability to bridge business and engineering. You thrive in complexity, communicate clearly, and lead with confidence.

Must-have:

• Degree in Engineering or similar (or equivalent experience).

• A technical background before moving into product is essential.

• Strong experience in requirements capture and Agile software development.

• Ability to manage complex technical backlogs and align them with business priorities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Proven leadership and analytical skills.

Nice-to-have:

• IoT, cloud, and edge software experience (Linux, networking).
• Track record delivering tech solutions as a Product Owner (3+ years).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and testing practices.
• Experience in scale-up environments.
• Additional European languages.
