Job description

We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our People Systems Implementation project team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of a new People system (HR Information System, Learning Management System and Applicant Tracking System) as part of our transformation programme to improve how we deliver People services.

In this role you will:

  • Assist with data gathering, collation and cross-checking for data migration to new HR systems.
  • Support system setup activities such as workflows, processes and notifications.
  • Help coordinate testing and user acceptance processes to ensure successful implementation.
  • Work closely with the Systems Implementation Manager and subject matter experts across HR, L&D and Resourcing teams.

Requirements

Do you have good admin and organisational skills and an interest in HR systems implementation?, You'll bring strong organisational skills and a proactive approach, with experience of using administrative systems and procedures. You'll be confident working with data, managing competing priorities and communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders. Experience of coordinating projects and using software applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
