We offer consulting services, ranging from large scale, multi-disciplined transformation programmes to specialist secondments on an individual basis., The role holder will be responsible for:

  • Work in a fast-paced startup-style environment, contribute to delivery of front-end components for AI-enabled prototypes and product development to support client conversations and client pitches.
  • Share expertise in infrastructure engineering domain covering CI/ CD pipelines for AI deployments, automated resource provisioning and defining/ implementing cost optimisation techniques.
  • Build constructive working relationships across Intelligence Areas and broader XPS teams, sharing your expertise in AI application deployment across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Execute projects to meet member firm's quality standards within a commercial context, ensuring excellence in deliverables.
  • Communicate risks and issues early to leadership, ensuring proactive management and resolution.
  • Contribute to innovative, repeatable solutions that enhance business performance and differentiate XPS from competitors, utilising your understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Agentic Orchestration, and Evaluation Frameworks.
  • Leverage familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude, including voice-enabled and multimodal capabilities, to drive project success., Any employment offer made will be conditional upon you satisfying DBS Disclosure checks, Employment or educational references, Satisfactory credit checks and eligibility to work in the UK before an offer can be made. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, including a minimum of 2+ years in building AI-driven applications deployed across cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency in Terraform - with experience in resource provisioning along with cost optimisation techniques.
  • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic Orchestration, and various Evaluation Frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude, including capabilities with voice-enabled and multimodal models.
  • Ability to effectively contribute as a full-time participant, thriving under ambitious timelines in dynamic environments.
