Scrum Master

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Support the team in removing obstacles, resolving conflicts, and improving processes.
• Act as a servant leader to the team, promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Track and report team metrics, progress, and performance to relevant stakeholders.
• Promote adherence to Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
• Coach team members on Agile methodologies and mindset.

Do you have experience in Trello?, * Understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.

• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and remove impediments for the team.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar Agile project management tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
