Job description

Architecture Design
Design the target architecture for OpenShift, including cluster topology, networking, and storage.
Implement best practices for multi-zone / multi-region deployments.
Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery.
Migration Design & Optimization
Assess existing infrastructure and workloads for migration readiness.
Develop migration plans for containerization, workload transfer, and data migration.
Execute migration with minimal downtime.
Identify and mitigate migration-related risks.
VMware & Pure Storage Integration
Design OpenShift architecture compatible with VMware environments.
Work with VMware tools (vSphere, vCenter, NSX) for optimized deployments.
Configure Pure Storage (FlashArray / FlashBlade) for scalable, high-performance storage.
Ensure seamless integration of OpenShift, VMware, and Pure Storage.
CI/CD Pipelines & DevOps
Build CI/CD pipelines tailored for OpenShift.
Integrate GitOps tools and DevOps workflows (Jenkins, GitHub, ArgoCD).
Automate deployments, scaling, and monitoring.
Scalability & Security
Architect solutions for future scalability.
Implement RBAC, network policies, encryption, and other security controls.
Conduct periodic audits and assessments.
Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with DevOps, development, and operations teams.
Deliver complete documentation and configurations.
Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer.

Requirements
