Job description

  • Plan, schedule, and publish consistent content across key social platforms, and produce brand-aligned imagery, graphics, audio, and video in line with the wider brand strategy.
  • Build and manage Mailchimp email campaigns, including audience segmentation, messaging, layout, calls to action, and performance reporting with optimisation recommendations.
  • Create and update pages in Craft CMS, coordinating with internal teams and external developers to maintain accurate, on-brand website content.
  • Produce and edit video, photography, and digital visuals for campaigns, social, email, and web.
  • Adapt or create design layouts in Canva or Adobe tools, capture event and behind-the-scenes content, manage multimedia asset libraries, and recommend equipment or software upgrades.
  • Track and report on content performance across platforms, using analytics to refine digital strategy. Share insights at quarterly content reviews, and help coordinate campaign timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Executive on campaign delivery and digital communications, support product launches and retailer content needs, provide digital support at events, and maintain organised shared asset libraries for internal and partner use.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a digital content or marketing role
  • Experience with social media content planning, creation, and publishing for business
  • Can demonstrate strong writing and content editing skills with a good feel for tone and audience
  • Proven photography, video, and audio content creation skills, including basic video editing
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, lnDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) with an ability to create polished, on-brand visuals
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (Craft experience a bonus)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, including building campaigns, audience segmentation, and performance tracking
