Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Support professional to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring that all contractual obligations and administrative processes are managed efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent communication skills, and be confident working with data and documentation., * Provide comprehensive support for day-to-day contract administration, ensuring all records are kept up to date.
- Manage job sheets, maintaining accurate records of completed work and ensuring information is logged correctly.
- Book and schedule engineers for site visits, coordinating appointments efficiently.
- Support the preparation and updating of O&M manuals.
- Follow existing Excel-based processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Handle data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email, demonstrating strong customer service skills and phone etiquette.
- Analyse contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain well-organised records of contracts, documentation, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve contract or client-related issues.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and provide ad hoc support as required.

Requirements
