Confluence & Jira Developer / Configurator - 12 months - Brussels

You will configure, develop, and integrate Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence Cloud) and coach multiple SAP delivery teams within a large enterprise transformation program., Integrate Jira with SAP Solution Manager, test tools (XRAY, automation), and PowerBI (via API).

Build Jira/Confluence automations and ensure governance and documentation.

Coach and train teams ( >5 at a time) on Atlassian tools and SDLC best practices.

Drive continuous improvement in software delivery processes.

Do you have experience in Test automation?, (All must be met)

8+ years in SDLC/Software Delivery (SAP delivery experience is a plus).

5+ years implementing Jira & Confluence across at least 3 large (50+ people) delivery teams, including offshore teams.

Experience integrating Atlassian tools with SAP Solution Manager (Build & Run).

Experience integrating Atlassian tools with XRAY and test automation tools.

Strong coaching background across multiple teams.

Fluent in English; Dutch/French is a plus.
