Job description
The engineer will be responsible for providing on-site desktop support, including:
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Setting up and configuring workstations
- Resolving network, application, and connectivity problems
- Assisting end users with day-to-day technical queries
- Ensuring proper functioning of devices and peripherals
- Documenting all actions, findings, and resolutions for the IT team
Requirements
Do you have experience in iOS?, Language Level: Must be sufficient to work effectively at the local site, * Hands-on experience in desktop/system administration and end-user support
- Strong ability to troubleshoot Windows hardware and software
- Basic networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, Wi-Fi/Ethernet)
- Familiarity with Windows OS, iOS, and Android devices
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow remote guidance and document work clearly.
