Job description

The engineer will be responsible for providing on-site desktop support, including:

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Setting up and configuring workstations
  • Resolving network, application, and connectivity problems
  • Assisting end users with day-to-day technical queries
  • Ensuring proper functioning of devices and peripherals
  • Documenting all actions, findings, and resolutions for the IT team

Requirements

Do you have experience in iOS?, Language Level: Must be sufficient to work effectively at the local site, * Hands-on experience in desktop/system administration and end-user support

  • Strong ability to troubleshoot Windows hardware and software
  • Basic networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, Wi-Fi/Ethernet)
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, iOS, and Android devices
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow remote guidance and document work clearly.
