lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring the team remains empowered, engaged, and productive. * Act as a people manager, overseeing a senior PHP engineering team, and drive technical excellence at scale. * Work with a modern tech stack: PHP 8.2, MariaDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, ClickHouse, Kong, Docker, GCP, Grafana, Kibana, and AI tools. * Take an active role in product definition, ideation, and specification. * Design, code, and test solutions with highest quality standards, focusing on SOLID principles, clean code, and TDD. * Use Kanban and other agile practices to deliver continuous business value. * Own and monitor technical OKRs, and use metrics to drive performance improvements. * Mentor junior engineers, providing constructive feedback and fostering growth. * Challenge decisions proactively and promote a culture of continuous improvement. mentoring. * Strategic mindset, strong communication, and a can-do attitude. * 7+ years of PHP experience, with Java knowledge as an advantage. * Deep knowledge of engineering fundamentals: data structures, concurrency, design patterns, algorithms. * Experience with microservices, clean code, SOLID, and TDD. * Data-driven decision making to meet business challenges. * Experience with cloud, continuous delivery, and rapid value delivery. * Analytical thinking and creative problem solving, focusing on outcomes rather than tasks. Preferred Qualifications * Comfort with applied AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar coding assistants. * Curiosity and eagerness to experiment with emerging AI-driven solutions. * Ability to leverage AI for debugging, streamlining development, and boosting productivity. * Learning agility and adaptability to new AI features and capabilities. * Experience collaborating with AI tools as "pair programmers"
