Job description
We are looking for a Social Paid Media & Analytics Specialist in Madrid.
- Campaign Support & Optimization
o Assist in setting up and monitoring campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
o Track pacing, performance, and budgets to ensure campaigns deliver efficiently.
o Support audience setup, creative rotation, A/B testing, maintaining accurate tracking through platform pixel and tags.
o Collaborate with the Social Media content team to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and overall KPI's.
o Work cross-functionally to support B2B, B2C and Loyalty campaigns with key stakeholders including E-Commerce, Marketing & CRM.
o Monitor social sentiment and brand health using listening tools
o Translate audience insights into action recommendations for content and campaigns.
o Gather and organize performance data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Analytics & Reporting
o Build and maintain clear dashboards to monitor campaign performance.
o Analyze results to identify patterns, insights, and trends that guide future optimizations.
o Assist in forecasting, benchmarking, and post-campaign evaluations.
o Continuously improve paid social media dashboards to keep data consistent, reliable, and easy to interpret.
- AI & Automation Exploration
o Explore how AI tools can enhance creative ideation, copy testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
o Experiment with automation features to improve workflow efficiency and reporting accuracy.
o Stay up to date with emerging digital and AI trends shaping the future of paid media.
Roles/Responsibilities

Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring pacing, budgets, and performance align with campaign and business KPI's.

Compile campaign data, maintain dashboards, and analyze results to identify trends and actionable insights for optimization.

Partner with social media, Marketing, CRM, and E-Commerce teams to align paid social activities with B2B, B2C, and Loyalty goals.

Monitor brand sentiment through tools like Meltwater or Sprinklr, turning insights into recommendations.

Test AI and automation tools to improve workflow, reporting accuracy, and creative ideation.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Social listening?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, o Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. o 1-2 years of experience in social media or paid media (internship or entry-level experience included). o Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager; knowledge of TikTok, Google, or LinkedIn Ads Manager is a plus. o Experience with Social listening tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Meltwater) is a plus. o Understanding of key social metrics and campaign performance indicators. o Strong analytical mindset with curiosity for data, trends, and digital media. o Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities. o Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working with different departments across global teams. o Fluent in English (written and spoken). o Motivated and adaptable mindset with a "Yes I Can" attitude.
