Senior Full-Stack (React Native+TypeScript) Engineer - RELOCATION TO DUBAI

We're looking for a senior Full Stack Engineer who can build secure, polished fintech apps and thrive in an environment where AI is a daily co-pilot. You'll craft high-quality interfaces, design scalable APIs, and actively adopt AI tools to work faster and smarter. This role is based in Dubai - relocation is required but supported. We'll help make the move smooth and well-planned, at a comfortable pace. Our setup is hybrid: several days a week in the office for collaboration, with flexibility to work remotely for the rest. We're developing a customizable digital banking platform built on stablecoin infrastructure - a fusion of modern fintech reliability and AI-powered intelligence. Our product provides all the essentials of a neobank: wallets, payments, transaction tracking, analytics dashboards, and integrates an in-house AI assistant that enhances user experience through smart financial insights and automation. Tech StackOur entire ecosystem is powered by TypeScript, running seamlessly across the frontend and backend.Frontend: React Native with Expo, Tamagui UI framework, Zustand + TanStack Query for state/data, GraphQL & REST APIs, and real-time communication via SSE/WebSockets.Backend: AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kinesis, EventBridge, Cognito, S3/CloudFront).Tooling & Monitoring: EAS OTA updates, Maestro/Detox for E2E testing, Sentry, Better Stack, RudderStack * Amplitude.We embrace a deeply AI-integrated workflow - using tools like Claude, Cursor, and MCP-based design connectors (e.g. Figma integrations) to enhance velocity, creativity, and precision.For us, AI is part of the engineering DNA, not a side feature. ResponsibilitiesBuild polished, high-performance UI in React Native + Expo, maintaining visual consistency through Tamagui/Style Dictionary.Develop key neobank modules: wallets, payment flows, onboarding, transaction history, notifications.Design and maintain serverless APIs on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kinesis, EventBridge).Integrate stablecoin and blockchain-based payments, ensuring top-tier security and compliance.Implement real-time functionality (SSE/WebSockets) for streaming data and AI-driven conversations.Focus on app optimization (Hermes, Reanimated, FlashList) and observability (Sentry, Better Stack).Collaborate closely with designers using Figma token-based workflows.Adopt and refine AI-assisted tools (Claude, Cursor, MCP) for faster prototyping and testing.Contribute to best practices in AI-augmented software engineering.Mentor engineers and uphold technical excellence in the AI + fintech space.

Requirements10+ years of engineering experience (5+ in fintech or mobile financial systems).Proven delivery of secure, high-quality apps with modern UI/UX.Expert-level skills in React Native + Expo and TypeScript.Deep familiarity with AWS Serverless stack and real-time systems.Experience with secure authentication (Cognito, JWT, device secrets) and data protection.Understanding of stablecoin or blockchain payment mechanics.Hands-on with WebSockets/SSE and scalable API design.Regular use of AI-powered development tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar)A growth mindset and enthusiasm for redefining software development with AI.
