Senior Salesforce Developer

• Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Field Service Cloud
• Oversee and guide development teams (internal + external) to ensure best practices and scalable implementation
• Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical designs
• Collaborate closely with Functional Consultants, Admins, and Architects to align on multi-cloud roadmaps
• Perform code reviews, ensure technical quality, and enforce governance standards
• Support integration design, data modelling, and end-to-end system interactions
• Provide leadership during configuration, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live phases
• Participate in stakeholder workshops and occasional on-site working sessions

• Strong hands-on expertise with Field Service Cloud
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions
• Experience in manufacturing environments or complex operational processes is a strong plus
• Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, and platform governance
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Based in Madrid, open to being on-site 1-2 times per week
