Job description
- Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Field Service Cloud
- Oversee and guide development teams (internal + external) to ensure best practices and scalable implementation
- Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical designs
- Collaborate closely with Functional Consultants, Admins, and Architects to align on multi-cloud roadmaps
- Perform code reviews, ensure technical quality, and enforce governance standards
- Support integration design, data modelling, and end-to-end system interactions
- Provide leadership during configuration, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live phases
- Participate in stakeholder workshops and occasional on-site working sessions
Requirements
Are you a seasoned Salesforce Tech Lead with strong expertise in Field Service Cloud and a passion for designing scalable, enterprise-grade solutions? Our client is undergoing a large-scale Salesforce transformation for a major manufacturing organisation and is seeking a hands-on technical leader to drive architecture, guide development teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple business units., * 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead
- Strong hands-on expertise with Field Service Cloud
- Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions
- Experience in manufacturing environments or complex operational processes is a strong plus
- Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, and platform governance
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Based in Madrid, open to being on-site 1-2 times per week
