Job description
Every farmer, contractor, and dealer depends on having the right parts available at the right time. As Product Owner Buying & Supply Chain, you make this possible - by building smart, reliable, and scalable solutions that strengthen our supply chain from supplier to warehouse.
You are responsible for the digital product that supports the entire supplier-to-warehouse process. This includes applications such as Slim4 (forecasting & demand planning), Oracle Supplier Portal (supplier collaboration), and EDI platforms for data exchange. Through your vision, data insights, and close collaboration with the business, you continuously improve availability, delivery reliability, and efficiency across our supply chain.
Your challenge
Our supply chain is complex, international, and constantly evolving. You operate in a dynamic environment where you must continuously balance availability, cost efficiency, and operational feasibility.
With hundreds of suppliers, multiple warehouse locations, and a wide variety of product categories, your challenge is to design and improve systems and processes that fit seamlessly together. You translate commercial and logistical insights into smart strategies and product improvements - without compromising the speed and reliability of our operations.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute a clear product vision and roadmap for the supplier-to-warehouse domain.
- Lead discovery and development initiatives, combining data analysis with supply chain expertise.
- Optimize our purchasing processes using tools like Slim4, Oracle Supplier Portal, and EDI systems.
- Translate strategic objectives into user stories, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Foster a data-driven and experimental mindset within your team.
- Drive supplier performance improvements through digitalization and automation of supply chain processes.
Requirements
- A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management, IT, or Business Administration).
- 4-7 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or supply chain digitalization.
- Experience with tools such as Slim4, Oracle, or EDI systems is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to effectively align stakeholders with the product vision.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
- Comfortable working in an international and multidisciplinary environment.

We are an ambitious, fast-growing and financially sound organization. You can obviously expect:
- 25 vacation days and 12 ADV days (based on a fulltime contract)
- Flexible working policy in hours and location
- Travel- and working from home allowance
- Great budget for training and courses
- Generous pension plan
