Database Administrator

REED Business Support are supporting our client who want a Database Administrator to join their team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our internal systems, including our Practice Management and Marketing Systems, meet business needs. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about data integrity, efficiency, and supporting business goals through effective data management.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Review and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data within our Marketing and Practice Management Systems.
• Ensure the data meets business needs by focusing on improving efficiencies and data integrity.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across systems.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify any data quality issues.
• Assist with data cleansing and the integration of new portfolios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing and customer service objectives.

• Previous administration experience in a professional office environment; knowledge of CRM systems is beneficial.
• Strong data quality and data management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Willingness to travel to all office locations as required.
• Good IT skills, with proficiency in database management and analysis tools.
