Job description

  • Provide 2nd line technical support to clients, addressing escalated issues from the 1st line team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems efficiently.
  • Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Assist with IT projects, including Microsoft 365 migrations, system upgrades, and installations.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to IT systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery and implement best practices.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical support?, We are seeking a motivated and skilled 2nd Line IT Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, with a strong background in providing technical support and resolving complex IT issues. A key focus of this role will be supporting and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions., * Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an MSP environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and administration.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified Professional).
  • Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS).
