Requirements
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Frontline Support Analyst. This role is perfect for someone who has experience within 1st line IT support looking for additional 2nd line responsibilities or keen to learn and grow in the industry., If you have previous experience in a similar IT support role or are driven, curious, and ready to start your career in IT, we would love to hear from you., * Ideally experience supporting a Windows 11 desktop user environment in a Microsoft Windows 2019 - 2025 Server infrastructure based in Active Directory

The role is based at our Wakefield office, with an expectation to be in the office full time in the training period.
