Job description

Are you an enthusiastic IT professional who loves problem-solving, improving systems, and helping people get the best from technology? Do you want to be part of a forward-thinking manufacturing business that has invested heavily in modern cloud-based solutions? If so, this could be your ideal next role!

You'll support business-critical systems such as SAP Business ByDesign, SNAP Warehouse Management, Mandata Transport Management, Markem labelling systems, and the full suite of modern Microsoft cloud tools. Every day will be different, from supporting colleagues on the shop floor, to assisting with configurations, reporting, data accuracy, and new digital initiatives.

If you're curious, collaborative, technically confident, and keen to develop your career in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Opportunity

Here's what your day to day will look like:

You'll be the first point of contact for IT and systems-related queries, providing support for our ERP system (SAP Business ByDesign), including user support, troubleshooting, data checks, reporting, and permissions.

You will support the SNAP WMS platform including user support and access, integration, resolving issues, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with configuration.

We'll rely on you to maintain and support Markem labelling systems, ensuring uptime and accurate label outputs, and support and administer Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related cloud tools.

IT Support

You will deliver excellent user support for systems and related devices such as scanners, label printers etc.

You'll be assisting with user setup, user onboarding/offboarding, and asset management, as well as liaising with external IT partners and vendors where needed.

Process & Continuous Improvement

You'll have the opportunity to regularly identify opportunities to streamline system use and improve data flows, support system enhancements, configuration changes, and testing.

As part of this, you'll assist with documentation, training materials, and user guides.

Projects

To support your development, you'll be involved in IT and systems improvement projects, system upgrades, integrations, reporting enhancements, and new site/line implementations!
