We are seeking a proactive Cyber Security IT Manager to help shape and safeguard the cyber landscape of a growing start-up environment. This newly created role will support compliance with European regulatory requirements and establish robust security practices as the organisation scales. What You'll Be Doing

?? Designing and implementing cyber security frameworks ?? Reviewing and developing new system architectures ?? Acting as first-line response for cyber security issues, escalating where appropriate to the COO ?? Engaging with senior leadership, including heads of departments, C-suite stakeholders, and technical teams ?? Influencing strategy and driving resilience within a complex infrastructure environment

• Strong cyber security background, ideally within IT management or security leadership
• Ability to communicate confidently at all levels - from hands-on engineers to executive leaders
• Experience building frameworks or security processes from the ground up
• Familiarity with renewable energy or energy infrastructure sectors is highly advantageous
