Job description
GTreasury empowers CFOs and treasurers with the clarity to act - delivering connected, intelligent solutions for cash forecasting, liquidity management, payments, netting and risk. As our new Product Manager for Platform AI, you'll lead the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning across our global SaaS platform, transforming how finance teams forecast cash, detect anomalies, optimize liquidity, and automate decision-making.
This is more than a roadmap role. We're looking for a strategic, hands-on product leader who understands both treasury operations and AI capabilities, thrives at the intersection of finance and technology, and wants to reimagine how intelligent automation can elevate the Office of the CFO in an API-first, data-driven, real-time world.
What We're Looking For:
- A product thinker who acts like an owner, balances innovation with pragmatism, and focuses on measurable business outcomes
- A strategic executor who can articulate AI vision, translate complex capabilities into user value, and work closely with data science and engineering teams
- A customer-obsessed collaborator who understands treasury pain points and partners across go-to-market, design, and delivery teams to solve meaningful problems
What You Will Do:
- Define and deliver the AI/ML vision and roadmap across cash forecasting, liquidity optimization, fraud detection, payment intelligence, and risk analytics
- Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI with clear customer ROI using user research, data analysis, and market insights
- Partner with AI engineers and data scientists to shape model behavior, evaluate performance, and guide implementation decisions
- Translate complex data science capabilities into intuitive product experiences that enhance (not replace) treasury workflows
- Champion accuracy, explainability, compliance, and operational confidence in every AI feature
- Lead agile delivery with design and engineering, maintaining a clear and prioritized backlog for AI-powered features
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring AI solutions address real treasury needs and integrate seamlessly into existing workflows
- Work with product peers to embed AI capabilities across the GTreasury platform (payments, cash management, risk, etc.)
- Monitor emerging AI technologies, regulatory considerations (AI governance, bias, transparency), and competitive landscape
- Define success metrics for AI features and continuously optimize based on model performance, user feedback, and business impact
- Create internal and external enablement materials that build confidence in AI-driven insights and recommendations, + A high impact, high visibility role at a growing SaaS company that values personal growth, accountability, and the concept of "good work."
- A great management team and reporting structure that supports you and your growth.
- A culture of open collaboration and problem solving
- An empowered role on the success team, responsible for driving business value.
- Great benefits and culture.
