Job description
As a 2nd Line IT Support Technician, you'll handle escalated technical issues, assist with Microsoft 365 and Azure migration projects, and play a key role in delivering high-quality support to a diverse client base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and experience in cloud technologies looking to progress within a dynamic MSP environment., * Resolve escalated technical issues within SLA
- Support Microsoft 365 and Azure migration projects
- Provide remote and occasional on-site support
- Maintain clear communication with clients and escalate when necessary
- Assist with provisioning and configuring new services
Requirements
- Solid experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role (MSP experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
- Hands-on experience with Azure services and migration projects
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Full UK driver's licence - required
Desirable Skills:
- Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104 (Azure Administrator) and AZ-700 (Network Engineer)
- Experience with backup solutions and email migration tools, * Reading

- Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
