Job description

As Data Center Facilities Program Manager, you independently manage medium-level projects, coordinate operational teams, and develop people strategies to maximize team growth and contribution. You operate across business functions, own your budget, represent Facilities in complex initiatives, and drive continuous improvement. You manage contracts, monitor supplier performance, and ensure compliance with new regulations.

Project Orientation

  • Progress control: Track project status and adapt as needed

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead major Data Centre Facility and security projects, acting as main contact with Euroclear divisions
  • Work closely with Corporate Security to achieve shared goals
  • Support Facility Management Strategy and share standard methodologies
  • Provide reporting and manage resources, budgets, and governanceCoordinate project collaborators and suppliers, define critical metrics, and manage risks

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project management?, * Engineering degree or relevant technical background (mechanics, electricity, HVAC, etc.)

  • Program management experience or AGILE/Prince2 certification
  • Advanced O365, ServiceNow, IRM, and ERP (e.g., ORACLE) skills
  • Fluent in English & French
  • 8-10 years' experience in critical facilities and SCADA project management
