IT Enterprise Architect

• Define target architecture for all information systems at the enterprise level. And lead the development of an implementation plan for the enterprise architecture based on business strategy and requirements.
• Support and guide technology investment decisions (by understanding the business's economic and financial levers that are susceptible to digital transformation). Design and construct future- and current-state business models so as to practically apply new and emerging technologies to drive them.
• Scan the world for major disruptive technology and nontechnology trends (trendspotting) that affect business. Provide practical advice and best practices to overcome these challenges and successfully deliver the expected business outcomes.
• Manage the knowledge of the Enterprise information systems in a structured way.

As IT Enterprise Architect you will:

• Collaborate with business leaders, IT leaders, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into architectural requirements.

• Define and maintain the Target Architecture for urbanism or specific architecture domain (Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, Application Architecture, Security Architecture). Create comprehensive blueprints for current and future states of IT Architecture. Consolidate Target Architecture in the IT Master Plan and Architecture Policies, Standards and Guidelines.

• Work closely with the Solution and Domain Architect(s) (from internal teams or from outsourcing partner(s) ) to build a joined view of the IT Architecture that will fulfil the business needs and IT objectives.

• Enforce Architecture rules and policies in a solution design. Contribute to a project's solution design with a close collaboration with major stakeholders.

• Maintain contact with the Orange Group's Architecture team and ensure compliance with Orange Group policies and rules.

• Look at technology and market trends that may impact company. Take a leading role in identifying opportunities to introduce new technologies in the company's landscape.

• Define the right governance for maintaining the Enterprise Architecture information in an appropriate Enterprise Architecture tool.

• You have a min. experience of 7 years and have a master's degree in computer science, information systems, enterprise architecture or a related field
• Broad IT knowledge, understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, data management and security.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex systems
• Ability to synthetize an analysis in a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities et Threats)
• Ability to modelize the IT Architecture with ArchiMate (Enterprise Architecture Modeling Language, a standard defined by the Open Group, https://www.opengroup.org )
• Ability to understand and apply TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) would be a plus
• General understanding of the telco business would be a plus
• Leadership skills to guide and influence IT and business teams
• Good communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts clearly
• Assertiveness and resilience
• Fluent English and French
