Senior IT Project Manager & Team Lead - Digital Transformation

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager & Team Lead to support a major digital transformation program in Brussels. You will manage a team of about 14 people (analysts, architects, and developers) and lead end-to-end delivery of internal applications, including planning, execution, deployment, and production support. The role involves managing new developments, transitions, and refactoring projects within an Agile environment (BPMN, Customer Journey, Java Spring, Angular)., * Lead and coordinate the project team throughout the full lifecycle

• Oversee scope, planning, risks, budget, quality, and delivery timelines
• Ensure smooth collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops, manage escalations, and report to leadership
• Support continuous improvement and team development
• Manage production maintenance and service operations

Do you have experience in Spring Framework?, * Minimum 8 years in IT Project Management (Prince2)

• Minimum 8 years in Team/People Management
• Minimum 5 years in Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• Minimum 5 years in Business Process Analysis
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and solution architecture
• Experience in change management, problem solving, negotiation, and stakeholder communication

Languages:

• Dutch or French: Active knowledge
• English: Active knowledge
