Job description
EPAM is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with deep expertise in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud to join our dynamic team in Geneva. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to clarify solution designs, translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and lead a near-shore engineering team to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused leadership position requiring strong communication skills and the ability to serve as a trusted technical advisor to our clients.
This position requires 3-4 days per week onsite in Geneva with flexibility for remote work depending on delivery needs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to refine requirements, validate solution approaches and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices
- Decompose functional designs into technical tasks, create and estimate user stories/tickets and ensure the engineering team understands scope and expectations
- Lead, mentor and organize a near-shore engineering team to deliver iterative increments in an Agile environment
- Ensure code and configuration quality through code reviews, adherence to standards and proactive technical guidance
- Provide hands-on technical expertise in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flow design
- Advise clients on technical decisions, platform capabilities and optimization opportunities
- Maintain clear visibility of progress, risks and dependencies for clients and program leadership
- Support functional validation and defect triage as needed
Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * Strong, hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (including case management, Omni-Channel and Service Console) and solid knowledge of Sales Cloud
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and workflow automation
- Proven experience leading Salesforce engineering teams and conducting code reviews
- Effective collaboration skills with architects, business analysts and cross-functional delivery teams
- Excellent communication skills in both French (fluent) and English
- Proactive, structured and comfortable operating as the primary technical point of contact for the client
