Job description
As Senior Specialist - Operations Enablement, Allocation & Optimisation, you play a key role in strengthening and evolving our current allocation and inventory availability solutions by developing clear data models, system logic, and process foundations that ensure accuracy, reliability, and transparency. You continuously enhance these capabilities through structured documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and targeted improvements across data, systems, and workflows. In this role, you help maintain consistent global behaviors, support effective demand fulfilment and supply utilization, and contribute insights that inform the broader team's strategic direction., * Contribute to establishing rules and frameworks governing key input factors of allocation data and logic, ensuring efficient and stable allocation results in close collaboration with Commercial, IBP, Planning, and regional Operations teams.
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation of data models, system logic, and workflows, and deliver training that supports consistent understanding across key stakeholders.
- Enable clear and scalable integration between demand forecasts, supply plans, and allocation logic to support fulfilment simulations and effective decision-making.
- Work closely with Technology to maintain reliability and accuracy of current allocation behaviour, including troubleshooting issues, performing testing, and validating data and system logic.
- Drive continuous improvement of allocation and optimization capabilities through stakeholder feedback, analytical insight, and structured problem-solving.
- Support the development and refinement of capabilities that optimize supply utilization and demand fulfilment across channels and business goals.
- Build and maintain sustainable data processes that enable accurate and consistent insights into allocation, demand fulfilment, and inventory visibility across systems and regions.
- Determine, monitor, and evolve key performance indicators related to allocation, demand fulfilment, and inventory availability, in partnership with Analytics and Reporting teams.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, * 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, or related fields, preferably with exposure to allocation, fulfilment, or inventory processes in an omni-channel retail environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience working with operational, fulfilment, or inventory datasets.
- Proficiency in English, other languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, SQL) with an understanding of ERP data structures as a strong plus.
- Ability to translate complex allocation, fulfilment, and inventory logic into scalable and sustainable data and system solutions.
- Experience collaborating with technology teams on defining, developing, testing, and implementing systematic solutions, particularly for planning, allocation, or data platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build consensus and ensure alignment across diverse regional and functional stakeholders.
- Excellent ability to communicate complex concepts, provide training, share knowledge, and act as a single point of contact for both technical and business partners.
