• University degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field of study (e.g., Mathematics, Physics), or several years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, databases, etc.) and the ability to install and configure them
• Solid expertise in Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems, as well as in virtualization technologies
• Strong knowledge of network technologies
• Terms like SQL, REST, PKI, SAML, 42, X509, K8S, etc. spark your enthusiasm
• Good understanding of established IT service management processes such as incident management and support (e.g., ITIL)
• Strong ability to work independently when solving problems
• Customer-friendly demeanor and the ability to conduct training sessions for clients
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
