Junior Software Engineer - Data

• Design, build, and maintain Python APIs and backend services to support both internal and third-party integrations.
• Develop and operate robust, end-to-end data pipelines, managing data flow from ingestion through persistence across various Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Apply strong principles of data modeling and database design for managing structured and semi-structured data effectively.
• Ensure the delivery of clean, testable, and production-ready code.
• Drive continuous improvement in observability, performance, and reliability for all backend and data systems.
• Utilize modern cloud and automation best practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, containerization, and orchestration technologies.

• Strong academic background
• Excellent proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Practical, hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and data warehouse design (e.g., BigQuery or Snowflake), and experience with building and deploying APIs.
