Job description
As a Technical Support Specialist you will join our support operations team, focusing on clients in the German lottery and sports betting industry. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support across complex and regulated environments, ensuring high-quality service aligned with strict German SLAs and compliance requirements., * Act as the first local point of contact for customer technical issues, performing on-site troubleshooting and escalating complex cases when needed
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers in German and English, providing timely updates and resolution analysis
- Coordinate with HQ teams to address advanced technical inquiries, report unresolved issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Manage technical documentation and translations (e.g. LOTOS O/S Platform, change requests), maintaining accuracy in both German and English
- Support small and complex projects, including Change Requests, ensuring timely reporting, correspondence, and task tracking.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical support?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, 3+ years of experience in technical support or as a service engineer, ideally in a tech/SaaS environments
- Native-level German & fluent English (B2-C1)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid understanding of Microsoft OS and Backoffice systems
- Familiarity with Linux, SQL, Microservices, Kubernetes, Kibana is a plus
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts
- Team player attitude
- Having gained experience in the lottery/sports betting industry would be a great asset.
