Interface with the customer for requirement gathering and product evolutions. Qualify the requirements with all stakeholders (product team & client). Produce statements of work and functional documentation on product evolutions Configure the solution / product Deploy the solution in a particular location Provide corrective L3 incident support and adaptive maintenance (management of product upgrades/patches).

Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Communication skills : Ability to present in front of key users, demo, product committees Functional Knowledge (acquisition ongoing) for solution/product domain / industry Technical Career Leader Local 1 or potential Technical Career Leader 1, Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering/ supply chain, Information Technology or a related field, Experienced / interest for IT products development and operations Strong analytical skills 5-7 years of experience
