Job description

  • Requirements Management: Document P2P-specific requirements (e.g., purchasing, order processing, invoice verification) and translate them into user stories.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize items based on business value, compliance, and technical feasibility.
  • Vision & Roadmap: Define and communicate the product vision, release plans, and roadmaps for P2P processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, and external partners.
  • Agile Collaboration: Participate in Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Quality Assurance: Organize user acceptance tests and integrate feedback.
  • Plan and monitor the budget for P2P products and platforms.

Requirements

  • University Degree (IT, Supply chain-related specialization preferrable).
  • P2P Expertise: Knowledge of SAP MM, Ariba or similar P2P solutions.
  • Agile Methods: Experience with Scrum or SAFe.
  • Fluent English skills.
  • Communication & Facilitation: Ability to negotiate requirements and manage priorities.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of integration architectures and ERP systems.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
