Software Engineer*

Fullstack Engineer | AI Start-up | 7-Month fixed-term Contract Join a European deep-tech leader in quantum and AI. This is a Hybrid opportunity working out of Zaragoza. 2-5 years of experience across frontend and backend development. ~ Proficient with React/Next.js and TypeScript on the frontend, plus Python (FastAPI/Django) on the backend. ~ Experience building data-intensive dashboards, experiment tracking UIs, or internal automation tools. ~ Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and frontend-backend integration. ~ Experience with SQL databases, containerized development (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines. ~ Experience with AWS or cloud-based deployment

environments. ~ Product-driven approach - able to collaborate with researchers and PMs to translate exploratory workflows into production-quality tools. Experience with data visualization libraries (Plotly, Recharts, D3.js). Understanding of workflow orchestration or background job systems (Celery, Argo, Flyte). Proven ability to design user experiences that simplify complex R&D processes. Passion for turning automation and ML research insights into polished, user-centric internal products. Compensation: Competitive salary, with a signing bonus and a retention bonus at the end of the contract. Flexibility: This is a hybrid role with flexible working hours.
