Business Intelligence Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that support business decision-making.
• Create robust DAX measures, relationships, and data transformations to ensure accurate analytics.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into insightful BI solutions.
• Develop ETL processes (Power Query, SQL, or dataflow solutions) to prepare and transform data.
• Optimize existing dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting environments.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Product teams to integrate BI solutions into the broader data ecosystem.
• Support the BI team with documentation, version control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Do you have experience in Usability?, * 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or a similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling best practices.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases.
• Experience transforming and preparing data for reporting (ETL/ELT).
• A good understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design.
• Ability to work in Agile teams and collaborate across functions.
• A positive, proactive approach to teamwork and cross-department collaboration, contributing to a supportive and high-performing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Power BI Service, workspaces, dataflows
• Knowledge of Azure (e.g., Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse).
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (star schema, dimensional modeling).
• Understanding of governance, security, and report lifecycle management.
