Head Of Corporate Partnerships at HARBOUR.SPACE WORK & STUDY OPPORTUNITY IN BARCELONA - Hounder x HARBOUR.SPACE INSTITUTE Hounder.AI has partnered with Harbour.Space Institute to offer Master's degree scholarships in Front-End Development and/or Computer Science, along with a hands-on work experience as a Full stack Developer at Hounder.AI - AI-powered platform that digitizes and automates the entire rental process. Hounder team is excited to welcome its first tech hire to help shape the future of its product and engineering culture from the ground up. Harbour.Space and Hounder are looking for various mid level candidates to work on the following: Key Responsibilities: * Developing and maintaining the MVP using React 18, Vite, Tailwind CSS, and a FastAPI backend to deliver a fast, seamless rental search experience. * Building user-facing features

such as match scoring, viewing applications, tenant profiles, and listing exploration. * Collaborating with AI engineers to integrate LLM-based recommendation systems and automated communication flows into the platform. * Developing backend logic in Python + FastAPI, including APIs, authentication, data processing, and integrations with external platforms. * Supporting future partner integrations, including SDK/iframe solutions for real estate agencies and university housing teams. * Troubleshooting and optimizing performance across the web app and backend to ensure scalability with real-time listing ingestion and notification workloads. * Writing clean, maintainable code and contributing to code reviews, documentation, and technical decision-making. Qualifications: * Strong foundation in React 18, Vite, Tailwind CSS, and Python/FastAPI. * 2+ years of professional experience OR strong academic/project work in full-stack development. * Comfortable working with REST APIs, authentication flows (e.g., JWT, OAuth), and integrating third-party services via APIs and webhooks. * Experience or strong interest in building user-facing features, dashboards, and complex search/filter systems with a good eye for UX and clarity. * Familiarity with PostgreSQL and either Prisma or SQLAlchemy. * Interest in moving beyond Firebase-like architectures toward more scalable backend solutions. * Strong communication and collaboration skills (you'll work closely with AI engineers, designers, and eventually external partners). * Proactive, self-driven, and motivated to grow your career while shipping real products in the AI + real estate space. Nice to Have: * Previous exposure to real-time systems, WebSockets, or high-volume notification workloads. * Experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFront, ECS/Fargate). * Familiarity with LLM integrations or prompt engineering in production applications. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, PyTest), or infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CDK). * Tuition fee scholarship to study a full degree in Front-End Development or Computer Science at Harbour.Space * 6 hours internship per day at Hounder.AI * Competitive compensation * Opportunity to join the company full-time after graduation Study Commitment: 3 hours/day You will complete 14 modules (each three weeks long) in one year.
