Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with other designers-potentially managing and teaching them-to ensure a consistent design approach across all tools. * Integrate Feedback: Incorporate new features from the UX team and suggestions from stakeholders to improve and expand our design systems. Qualifications * 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design. * 3+ years of experience working on or managing design systems. * Experience designing for multiple platforms, including Web, iOS, and Android. * Excellent understanding of Figma, its tokens, autolayouts and all the latest updates. * Incorporate new features to the Design System as well as adjustments gathered from different sources. * Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and the basics of client-server architecture. * Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team with a low-ego, high-impact mindset. * The candidate should have an engineering mindset, applying systematic, analytical thinking to design and refine
Requirements
