Data Governance

• Support the development and monitoring of data governance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with business units and data stewards to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports (mainly PowerPoint) to communicate governance strategies and progress.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops and onboarding on governance best practices.
• Contribute to change management initiatives, ensuring adoption of governance standards.
• Lead initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.

We are looking for a Data Governance Professional with at least 3 years of experience to join the team of an important international company, with its Tech HUB based in Barcelona., * 3+ years of experience in Data Governance / Data Quality roles.

• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Proactive, solution-oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in data management, business analytics or a related field, with experience in policy creation and change management essential.
