Job description
- Master AWS: multi-account, EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, ElastiCache, IAM, CloudFront… whatever it takes.
- Docker everything: best practices, image optimization, and production containers (ECS today, Kubernetes tomorrow).
- CI/CD pipelines without tantrums: Bitbucket pipelines, dev/pre/pro environments, solid, repeatable, and happy deployments.
- 24/7 Observability: CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry… if something happens, we know first.
- Security First: IAM, roles, metrics, audits, secrets, zero drama.
- Real Teamwork: working with backend, frontend, and QA to build workflows, tests, automation, and black magic (the good kind)., * Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS)
- Modern front end (Next, React, Flutter)
- DevSecOps culture, GitFlow, agile methodologies
- Experience mentoring or leading initiatives

Requirements
- 1 month: Learn the ecosystem, make first deployments, don't break production (thank you), and propose improvements.
- 3 months: Autonomous with pipelines, observability, and AWS architecture. Start improving performance and resilience.
- 6 months: Incidents decrease, automation increases, the infrastructure is more robust…and everyone says, "This is going great!"
About You Must have skills
- +2 years as a DevOps or SRE
- AWS (EC2, RDS, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, Route 53… the bread and butter)
- Docker + ECS/ECR (or Kubernetes if you're feeling ambitious)
- CI/CD (Bitbucket Pipelines or similar)
- IaC: Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation
- Monitoring and logging: Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Sentry…
- Linux, NGINX/Apache
- Relational databases (MySQL/Aurora) and NoSQL knowledge is a plus
- Real DevOps mindset: automate, optimize, document, and collaborate
- Fix things, not cover them up
- Document without being pressured
- Motivated by complex challenges, not apathy
- Say "I don't know, but I'll look into it"
- Like healthy teams and clear communication
