Backend Developers with DevOps

Parser is seeking a talented Senior Backend Engineer specializing in Power Platform and Power Apps to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building enterprise-level applications and automations using Microsoft's Power Platform suite. Key Responsibilities Design and develop complex Canvas and Model-Driven apps using Power Apps and Dataverse Create and optimize Power Automate cloud flows for enterprise-scale processes Implement Azure and Microsoft 365 integrations, including Azure Functions and Logic Apps Utilize AI capabilities, including Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI integration Manage Power Platform ALM processes and implement CI/CD pipelines Ensure security, compliance, and observability best practices are followed Collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear documentation and knowledge transfer Required Skills and Experience ~3+ years of experience building enterprise Canvas and Model-Driven apps with Dataverse ~6-8+ years of, overall

engineering experience, with a focus on agile methodologies ~ Strong proficiency in Power Fx, formulas, componentization, and PCF development (TypeScript/React) ~ Expertise in Power Automate cloud flows, including error handling, retries, concurrency, and approvals ~ Proficient in Dataverse schema design, relationships, business rules, and BPFs ~ Experience with custom connectors, governance, and DLP policies ~ Solid understanding of Azure/Microsoft 365 integration patterns ~ Practical experience with AI technologies, including Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI ~ Strong background in DevOps and ALM practices for Power Platform Preferred Qualifications Experience with RPA (Power Automate Desktop) and event-driven designs Knowledge of performance optimization for large Canvas apps and offline/mobile scenarios Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) standards in Power Apps and localization Relevant certifications: PL-400, PL-600, AZ-204, AI-102, SC-900, AZ-900 What We Offer Opportunity to
