Job description
As a Senior Software Engineer you will work closely with leadership (Engineering Manager Product Manager Product Designer) and collaborate with Sales Marketing and Operations teams. You will be expected to:

Design and deliver growth-driven features:

Acquisition (B2B website new regions expansion).

Conversion (free premium in-product upgrades).
-
Efficiency (automation dashboards internal tools AI for internal users).
Drive engineering best practices: quality testing documentation observability (Datadog) and production monitoring.
Shape technical strategy crafting architectural proposals with achitects and aligning engineering roadmaps with Growth & GTM objectives.
Scale our GTM systems: automate Sales & Ops workflows build self-serve activation experiences and integrate with third-party tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally to turn business insights into impactful technical solutions.
Requirements

8 years of experience in software engineering.

Strong expertise in TypeScript React API development.

Experience with complex systems: microservices CI/CD (GitHub Actions) Docker and aws environments.

Proven collaboration with Product Design and Go-to-Market teams.

Product-first mindset: ability to empathize with customers and link technical choices to business impact.

Fluent in English (French is a plus)., * Experience in B2B SaaS / Growth Engineering.

Knowledge of RabbitMQ PostgreSQL OpenSearch AWS Glue Salesforce.

Experience building high-availability systems and observability.

Track record of driving PLG/PLS strategies or building Sales/GTM enablement tools.

Hands-on experience with AI-powered features., Spring,.NET,C/C++,Go,React,OOP,C#,AWS,Data Structures,Software Development,Java,Distributed Systems
