Please note we are unable to offer visa sponsorship and require to people to be based in the UK or Sweden for this position, As a Revenue Systems Administrator, you'll be the go-to expert for Salesforce and connected GTM systems, ensuring they operate reliably and securely. You'll support end-users across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements in configuration, automation, and data quality. This role is central to our Salesforce transformation, helping deliver a seamless user experience and enabling accurate reporting and efficient processes.
Responsibilities

Administer Salesforce, including user management, permissions, and configuration-based automation.

Support integrations with tools such as Clari, Workato, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.

Troubleshoot system issues, manage onboarding/offboarding, and maintain clear documentation.

Gather requirements from stakeholders and implement system improvements across dashboards, automations, and data quality.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and IT to resolve process and data-related challenges., That's why we don't ask for a cover letter for this role. Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * 3-5 years of experience administering Salesforce (users, permissions, configuration-based automation).

Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into system changes.

Experience providing end-user support and handling daily system queries.

Strong documentation skills for processes and configurations.
-
Proficiency in English.

Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points for:

Experience with Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced, or Service Cloud.

Familiarity with GTM tools such as Clari, Outreach, Workato, ZoomInfo, or JIRA.

Background in data quality, integrations, or automation projects.
