If you flourish on solving problems and want to make a real impact, this role is for you, * Providing first line helpdesk support for Holstein UK and its affiliates.
- Maintain and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, WIFI and VPN connectivity. Liaising with network support companies as required.
- Configure and maintain (including minor repair) desktops, laptops, printers, telephony and AV equipment.
- Deploying & fully maintaining Microsoft 365 Office applications and proprietary software.
- Responsibility for network equipment, including firewalls and routers and managed switches.
- Monitoring of infrastructure using remote management and security tools.
- Manage user accounts, logins, and security profiles.
- Order new equipment and manage supplier relationships.
- Keep accurate documentation of work completed (tickets, logs and internal processes)
Requirements
Do you have experience in VPN?, * Technically confident - able to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and independently.
- Organised and adaptable - prioritising tasks effectively in a demanding environment.
- A great communicator - with strong listening skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
- Customer-focused - committed to delivering positive outcomes and building trust.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and creative in finding workarounds when needed, * At least 1 years IT support experience.
- Familiarity with common enterprise tools (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, DNS).
- Demonstratable experience of a wide range of software products.
- SQL SSMS experience (not essential).
