Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, fostering high performance and accountability.
Develop multi-environment, multi-phase test strategies and plans aligned with business and technical requirements.
Review and create test scenarios from business and functional requirements.
Define project-level functional and non-functional test approaches, including performance and NFR testing.
Implement, maintain, and optimize automation frameworks using Selenium, Tosca, CI/CD pipelines, and test data tooling.
Manage regression test packs, defect triage, and provide test completion certification for release readiness.
Collaborate with business analysts, scrum masters, and project managers to ensure testing supports business goals.
Ensure test processes are auditable, robust, and continuously improved.
Report testing progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify entry/exit criteria, resolve non-compliance, and maintain high-quality standards across all testing phases.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing across complex, multi-application programs in a globally distributed environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, with hands-on experience in API, database, and cloud-based systems., Minimum 5 years as a Test Lead in complex, multi-application environments.
Experience in globally distributed teams.
Strong expertise in API (Postman/SoapUI/Insomnia) and database testing.
Hands-on experience in automation testing (Selenium, Tosca) and test data management.
Advanced knowledge of Jira and Zephyr for test management and reporting.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
ISTQB Intermediate or equivalent certification.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM), SailPoint IdentityIQ, AD/ADLDS, and Privilege Access systems.
Experience in cloud testing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS environments.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Maven, JUnit Jupiter, Selenium WebDriver.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, API Gateway, SCIM, LDAP, OIDC, CSV, and Batch ETL testing.
Familiarity with graph database management systems (GDBMS) and GitOps Repos.
ISTQB Manager certification preferred.
Previous experience within leading bank or similar global financial institutions is a plus.
