Job description

Eluvis Property is a privately-owned property development company based in Canary Wharf, London. We are looking for an experienced Document Controller / Project Administrator to support our growing Project Team in the delivery of high-quality residential schemes across London & the South East.

This is a full-time office-based, role where you will play a key part in keeping information flowing smoothly across our projects, ensuring the team always has access to the latest approved documents and that we remain fully compliant throughout the build process.

As a developer, we work with principal / main contractors via JCT D&B or NEC4 contracts, utilising Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) including Dochosting, so experience within this type of set-up is essential.

Key duties will include:

· Managing the full lifecycle of project documentation - drawings, specifications, contracts, correspondence, etc.

· Compiling and maintaining accurate records in a timely manner (RFIs, monthly reports, etc.)

· Checking that all documents meet contractual, statutory and company requirements

· Operating and continuously improving the project Document Management System (Dochosting) and associated procedures

· Controlling document distribution and maintaining up-to-date distribution matrices

· Tracking revisions, issuing new versions and ensuring superseded documents are withdrawn

· Supporting the project team with document searches and queries

· Liaising with project managers, design team and contractors, to ensure clear and effective communication

· Producing regular document status reports and flagging any potential issues early

· Providing general administrative support to the technical team, as required

Requirements

Do you have experience in Construction?, · At least 4 years' experience as a Document Controller on construction projects

· Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment

· Strong written and verbal communication

· Hands-on experience with common construction document management platforms (Dochosting, Aconex, Viewpoint/4Projects, SharePoint, Procore, Asite, etc.)

· A proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm to grow with an ambitious, forward-thinking developer
