SeniorPower Platform developer

We're looking for an experienced and innovative Power Platform Developer to join my clients growing team. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting scalable, user-friendly business applications, automation workflows, and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps
• Develop and enhance workflows and automations with Power Automate
• Create interactive dashboards and data visualisations using Power BI
• Work with Dataverse and integrate solutions with internal and external systems (including APIs and web services)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business goals
• Ensure all solutions follow best practices for security, compliance, and lifecycle management
• Design for supportability, including logging, error handling, and maintainability
• Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to users and technical teams
• Keep up to date with Power Platform developments and recommend new features where relevant
• Present and demonstrate solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
• Act as a mentor and subject matter expert for colleagues developing their own Power Platform solutions
• Collaborate with third-party vendors when required to deliver integrated solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve flow errors and issues, even without prior familiarity with the specific flow

• 3+. Years Proven experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its integration capabilities
• Ability to build responsive, user-centric applications
• Skilled in analysing business processes and delivering tailored digital solutions
• Experience working with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus
• Proficient in working with third-party APIs and system integrations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Strong planning and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Self-motivated and passionate about technology and innovation
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio
• Knowledge of Power Platform security, compliance, and governance best practices
• PowerShell scripting for automation and DevOps tasks
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-400
• Computer Science background

This role is based in central London and works on a hybrid basis of 2 days a week in the office with 3 stage interview process.
