Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Software Developer with deep AWS and cloud-native database expertise to join this critical programme.

You will help drive the migration from Aerospike to AWS-native solutions, build PoCs from the fraud detection backlog, and integrate Databricks into the back-testing pipeline. What You'll Be Doing

  • Building & delivering PoCs for fraud detection initiatives
  • Migrating services from Aerospike to AWS cloud-native databases
  • Integrating Databricks workflows into the fraud detection pipeline
  • Designing & developing scalable microservices
  • Working closely with architects, developers & cross-functional teams
  • Owning backlog items and showcasing progress in weekly standups

Requirements

Are you a cloud-native data engineering expert ready to make an impact in financial fraud detection?, ? Strong AWS expertise, especially with cloud-native databases, relational stores & caching tech (DynamoDB, Redis, Postgres, Aerospike, etc.) ? Kafka experience for Real Time data streaming ? NodeJS & Java Back End engineering skills ? Experience building high-performance, scalable distributed systems ? CI/CD hands-on experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.) ? Strong testing discipline (unit, integration, automation) ? Secure coding & regulated-environment experience (financial services ideal) ? Agile, proactive, developer-driven mindset Ideal Fit

You are an architect-level developer who takes ownership, thrives in collaboration, and knows how to deliver clean, scalable, production-ready systems in a cloud-native landscape.
