Job description
The Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst, will join the IT team of a growing top 40 accountancy firm with offices across central and southern England, as they seek to provide an exceptional support service to c.500 users. The Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for picking up helpdesk queries and investigating their resolution, or passing on to the 2nd line where appropriate.
Requirements
- Some prior commercial experience in a 1st line Service Desk role or similar
- Ideally, some experience with an ITSM platform such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.
- Basic Active Directory experience, along with Windows, Microsoft 365, etc.
- Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and basic network issues
