Junior IT Technician Part-time (20 h/w)

• Act as the first point of contact for colleagues addressing all IT concerns.
• Provide technical support for PCs, operating systems, printers, copiers, telephones, LAN, and WLAN networks.
• Handle Outlook and mailbox-related issues.
• Provide audio/video support for taught classes and hosted events.
• Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Install and configure operating systems and applications through software distribution systems or manual installation.
• Use Active Directory and Intune/Azure to design, deploy, and implement group policies for Microsoft client systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows, network security, and system integrations.
• Support network connectivity troubleshooting for LAN and WLAN environments.
• Provide end-user training and create documentation for IT processes when necessary.
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of IT systems and operations.

Do you have a Master's degree?, * Two years of professional experience in a similar position

• Good working knowledge of IT systems
• Excellent command of English and German
