Job description

We are looking for an IT Continuity & Resilience Officer to standardize and strengthen our organization's continuity and resiliency frameworks. In this role, you will drive end-to-end resiliency initiatives across Business IT, Production, and Third-Party stakeholders, ensuring our ability to deliver secure, reliable, and continuous services.

You will join the IT Production Security department, contributing to a "secure-by-design" culture and validating the resiliency of our systems. As part of the Agile organization, you will collaborate with multiple tribes and support the ICRO (IT Continuity & Resilience Officer) in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesContinuity & Resilience Strategy

  • Define and promote Continuity & Resilience aspects of the IT strategy.
  • Steer and supervise the management of IT Continuity and IT Resilience across the entity.
  • Deploy policies, frameworks, methods, and tools to control IT Continuity, IT Resilience, and Cyber Resilience risks.

Governance & Compliance

  • Report regularly on IT Continuity and Resilience posture.
  • Ensure alignment with guidelines from ECB, Belgium National Bank, and Group policies.
  • Support transversal disaster recovery (DR) exercises across the Bank and Group IT.

Operational Collaboration

  • Work closely with various tribes on resiliency topics.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with Tribe Continuity contacts.
  • Coordinate initiatives and assessments related to Cyber Resilience.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * 5+ years of experience in infrastructure resiliency.

  • Strong understanding of IT technology landscapes.
  • Ability to read, review, and validate architecture and technical diagrams for resiliency.
  • Stakeholder management and communication best practices.
  • Knowledge of processes, procedures, and risk controls.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills.

Job Types: Permanent contract, Temporary contract Contract length: 12 months
