Data Analyst

Winning Consulting is seeking a Data Analyst, to be part of a project for one of our key clients in the technology sector in Brussels. Hybrid model.

Functions:

• Collect, clean, and transform data from various internal and external sources.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate trends and key metrics.
• Analyze large datasets to idenfiy patterns, oppotunities, and potential issues.
• Collaborate with product, makerting, finance, or operations teams to define analytical needs.
• Monitor KPIs and propose improvements based on insights.
• Document processes, methodologies, and analytical models.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of data.
• Automate data extraction and analysis processes when possible.
• Presnt findings to both technical and no-technical stakeholderes.

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• +3 years of experience in data analysis or related areas.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Knowledge data visualization tool (valuable PowerBI).
• Good level, both oral and written, in English and French.
