Senior SysOps Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our international team. You'll manage Linux environments, optimize network infrastructure, and support clients across NORAM, EMEA, and APAC.

This role combines technical leadership, hands-on administration, and client collaboration - ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy and variety in a global environment.

What You'll Do

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux servers in production and staging environments
• Manage network infrastructure and secure remote access (SSH, VPNs, firewalls)
• Implement and improve server monitoring, maintenance, and automation
• Troubleshoot system and network performance issues
• Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to support critical systems
• Document infrastructure and mentor team members
• Participate in on-call rotation for system support

Do you have experience in VPN?, * Advanced Linux administration skills

• Intermediate to advanced network administration experience
• Strong background in server monitoring, maintenance, and automation
• 5-7+ years relevant industry experience in a similar senior role
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Ansible is a plus
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure), scripting (Bash/Python), or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) desirable
